Wael comes to TRUE NORTH with decades of experience in many different roles, on a wide variety of projects. As an electrical engineer, he worked in engineering design, procurement, and construction for such companies as Suncor, Imperial Oil, and Exxon Mobil. As a senior electrical manager, he led teams through complex, multi-billion dollar projects around the world. Wael also has vast experience in the designing, procuring, and constructing Data Center and Energy facilities, as well as developing and implementing corporate engineering standards and procedures.
With a special interest in high-value liquid immersion systems and dielectric fluids, he is continuously working to research, evaluate, and optimize liquid immersion cooling systems and their power distribution for distributed datacenters.
For 23 years, David Little worked as a broker and investment banker with several national Canadian investment firms, and was directly involved in the start-up and mezzanine financing of dozens of public companies, including VioSolar Inc., Red Stag Resources, and Ellisboro Energy. In 2002 David founded Avery Resources Inc.(“BNG:TSX”), building it into a significant oil and gas producer and explorer operating in Australia and Canada, successfully acquiring projects and prospects around the world including the UK and the Indian Ocean.
David is a very experienced public-market executive and financier; he brings a depth and breadth of experience to any transaction or organization.

With over 25 years of experience, Nathan is a seasoned IT executive who has led IT infrastructure and operations for global companies, as well as a self-taught digital currency expert who recognizes the great potential of this emerging technology.
Certified in Linux, Windows, Security, Networking, Cloud Computing, Disaster Recovery & Risk Management, Nathan’s specializations include IT architecture, budgeting, purchasing, staffing, project management, and vendor management that enables him to manage and guide large teams of IT professionals.
Heather is a professional accountant with over 15 years experience working primarily in the midstream energy sector, however, has additional industry knowledge in manufacturing, engineering and the not-for-profit sector. Beyond standard financial reporting, she has the desire to report meaningful information on complex operations and contracts and leads her team to continue to push boundaries to deliver exceptional value internally and externally.
With core strengths rooted in ethics, internal controls, risk management, analytics, and process improvement, she intends to satisfy all regulators, while adding value internally, to the industry and to the accounting profession. She chooses to seek out solutions rather than dwell on problems. Heather holds a B.Comm. from the University of Saskatchewan and obtained her CGA in 2013 and was admitted as a CPA in Canada in 2015.
